Terry James - Broker

Prior to moving to Washington in 2019, Terry held a Real Estate brokers license in Utah where he worked on residential and investment properties. As a broker with Coldwell Banker Bain in Vancouver, Terry works with individuals and couples in finding new and existing homes, investment properties, and land. His experience in the title, mortgage, and real estate industries give him a rounded skill set that delivers results for buyers and sellers alike.
