Charly Myers

I grew up in Bellingham and have been a Whatcom County resident since 1977, I have been in the construction, development, real estate and real estate investment business since 1989. I have have been involved with and headed up various real estate and construction projects and transactions. Ranging in size from $5400.00 lots in Sudden Valley in the late 80's to $2.5 million dollar multi family and mini storage deals. I have worked with home buyers, sellers and investors alike. I have also owned and operated two construction companies, one electrical contracting company, mini storage facility and a real estate investment group along with my real estate career.

Having been in the new construction and development businesses, I have a unique perspective on land and land development. I have taken projects from raw land to turn-key and know every aspect of residential and multi-family construction and investments. Where others see a piece of dirt I see someone's dream or investment. I have worked closely with City and County staffs in Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties on both residential and commercial projects. I can help you get through the process or get you in contact with the right experts to make you dream or strategy a reality. I see what others don't and know how to investigate properties from multiple points of view.

I also belong to various organizations and clubs. I am a member of the Bellingham Central Lions, Sunrise Rotary, The Building Industry Association, National Federation of Independent Business, and the National Association of Realtors.
