Arlington real estate is my specialty. I know all Arlington neighborhoods thoroughly. I have lived in Arlington since 1958 and, as a full-time seasoned residential real estate pro since 1973, I am a veteran in this business. Nothing is likely to arise that I have not already experienced and successfully handled. I have worked in every unique market condition and successfully guided sellers and buyers through each and every one. Proactively implementing sound solutions is what I do - sparing sellers and buyers from frustration, worry and potential loss.

I give my clients access to the trusted, talented and reliable resources that I use personally...tradespeople, stagers, home inspectors, ultra-experienced lenders, real estate attorneys and more.  Sellers and buyers with whom I work have peace-of-mind and total confidence that their selling/buying experience will be smooth and stress-free...and it is.
