Licensed since 1994, Dawn managed one of the state’s top‐selling real estate teams for nearly 16 years before hanging out her own shingle 14 years ago. She’s worked out of the Salt Lake/Sugar House Coldwell Banker office her entire 30‐year career, and in that time has assisted in the purchase or sale of over 1000 homes. She loves the character and bustle of neighborhoods close to the city, where she and her spouse live. Their grown 'children' also live nearby, and come home every Sunday for dinner.
