Maxie Laville

Maxie Laville grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 1987. She lived in Dallas for 12 years where she worked as a Media Buyer for an Advertising Agency and as a Public Relations Coordinator for a Public Relations firm. Maxie also lived with her husband and 4 children in The Woodlands Texas for over 20 years where she worked as a Realtor since 2014. There she acquired, renovated and managed several rental homes.

Maxie and her family have had a home in the Austin area since 2016 and currently live in Lago Vista, Texas full time where Maxie is a Realtor with the Morales Home Team Coldwell Banker group.

Maxie has an Accredited Staging Professional designation so she is able to offer her clients this valuable staging service free of charge. Along with staging expertise, Maxie studies market trends to best advise and represent buyers and sellers.

When Maxie is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends traveling, biking, hiking and boating. She is an active member of Northlake Church and volunteers weekly at The Hope Crisis Center in Lago Vista.
