Paola’s real estate journey began with a personal investment. She acquired 11 acres in Dripping Springs, TX, and built a successful, 11-unit short-term rental business. She quickly realized there was a lack of support for buyers, sellers, and investors on the nuances of dealing with unique/rural properties and short-term rentals, as well as a general lack of support beyond the closing table. She also understands the importance of people owning real estate as a means to build wealth and knows that having a strategic realtor is a huge advantage in a real estate deal. This inspired her to get into real estate. She prides herself in always adding value, going above and beyond “the standard” to deliver an exceptional experience.
