Gael Slowik

Gael is from Houston, Texas she grew up in the Memorial area, after finishing school Gael moved to Austin. She went on to receive her Real Estate license in 1993 and has now been in the Real Estate industry for some quit some time. Gael has two sons age 31 & 19.   She started out with one of the largest Real Estate firms here in Austin, Texas back in the late 90's and ran a team with 5+ agents. After a brief 4 year relocation to Corpus, Christi where her late husband was from, Gael worked there in escrow for First American Title as well which instilled more importance in the closing process part of Title.  Gael is passionate about customer service honestly, integrity and loyalty and takes her negotiating skills seriously. She has obtained her CNE designation - Certified Negotiation Expert.

Specializing in marketing Luxury properties, residential sales as well as first time home buyers Gael can also connect her buyers and sellers that are relocating with a specialist in another state with Coldwell Bankers networking data base and our Cartus relocation service all give her market expertise. Joining the Team at Coldwell Banker United in February of 2018 after several years with a smaller boutique firm gives her buyers and sellers much more market exposure. In her spare time Gael loves traveling and had never been abroad until her 9 yr old son now 19 who has been sailing since the age of 7, qualified to sail with TEAM USA in the Netherlands, Holland. He raced the Optimist one man sail boat and has qualified to sail on TEAM USA on numerous occasions since Holland in Spain, Venice, Italy, Mar del Plata, Argentina, Antigua West Indies as well as Bermuda, Lake Garda Italy, St. Thomas USVI & Puerto Vallarta. So when it comes to Real Estate they have both seen some beautiful Real Estate here and abroad.  

Gael is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors as well as the Austin Yacht Club and the Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook, TX.
