Tricia Morris

Growing up in Columbia, I learned what a wonderful place it is to live. I graduated from Heathwood Hall in 2001 and from Washington and Lee University in 2005. I graduated with honors, earning degrees in both Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology. I love being around people and find building relationships with my clients to be very rewarding. People who have worked with me say they appreciate my communication skills. It is very important to me that those who choose me to represent them feel I am responsive and caring.

After being an associate teacher for 2 years, I decided to try the career I had seen my father enjoy for my entire life. I trained under Michel Moore beginning in 2008. Having a mentor who excels in the path you seek is invaluable, and I am extremely grateful to Michel for her extensive training. Thanks to Michel, I am a thorough agent, always looking for what could cause problems and doing what I can to keep us on track to close.

I have two children at Brennen Elementary. I love my neighborhood and our local elementary school. I am also actively involved at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, serving on the Foundation board and as a team leader for MORE Justice Columbia. I was honored to be recently named Young Church Woman of the Year by Church Women United.

I currently work with my father, Whit Moore, who has over 50 years in the business. I work hard to stay up to speed on our local market, and I love going to see houses and helping people find the right fit or bring their home to market.
