Business Philosophy

My goal is to help buyers and sellers have the best experience they can have during one of the most stressful times of their lives.

I am currently a licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I have been a licensed Realtor working at several other companies in the York area since 2003. I also have worked as a member of the office staff, so I understand all parts of real estate. I was previously employed in Customer Service with various companies in York, PA.

I have been married since 1972 and have 4 children and 13 grandchildren.  I am a member of RAYAC (Realtors Assoc. of York and Adams Co.), PAR ( PA Assoc. of Realtors), NAR (National Assoc. of Realtors) and I am a York City Savvy Realtor. I am also a Cartus Network Marketing Specialist and Buyer Specialist. I am a graduate of Dover Area High School and York Vo-Tech School of Cosmetology. I am also a graduate of the Institute of Real Estate Studies.

I specialize in first time home buyers and really enjoy helping them achieve homeownership. I love people and really care about my buyers and sellers. I try to listen to what they want in a home and help and encourage them throughout the entire process.

It is a true blessing to me when my buyers call me after living in their home and thank me for my hard work and tell me how much they love their home.
