As a Pittsburgh native I grew up watching my dad build a business. He owned two small restaurants as we were growing up in the city back in the 80’s.

I am part of a very large Italian family that is made up of 6 other siblings. That now includes many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

I have over 30 years in the restaurant / hospitality industry from all aspects from being a cook, a server, bartender, managing as well as being a general manger of several concepts. I moved up the ranks based on performance, hard work and dedication to my peers. I have made it my mission in each position to learn what is most beneficial to the consumers and the same time keeping a happy staff. No easy task!

I am a people person! I take pride in getting to know each of my clients as if they are family members. I enjoy and take their needs seriously. I pride myself on learning not only names but as much as I can about what is important to each client on an individual basis. This has been the key to my success!
