I can't make anyone choose me but here's what you get when you do;

• Multi-business owner; Real Estate and Beedle's Ice Cream truck
• Previous landlord for 15 years
• Investment minded; Are you getting the best value for your money? What would be the return if you had to sell?
• Conservative spender of your money; I look for houses within or below budget. Pushing the envelope is not a good idea when buying a home. If I send you a home that's over budget, I look at a few factors, then feel I can get the home where we need it to be.    
• Matter of fact approach to all things; no one has time for games. I say it like I see it and sometimes it's not what people want to hear. 

I believe in "have car, will travel" so your ideal area is not out of my area.  I was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh but am familiar with most areas in and around Pittsburgh. Home shopping should be fun so, laughter will most likely be incorporated into our day.  That being said, sometimes stress happens. I will sit on the ledge with you until I can successfully bring you down.

I love music! I have no clue who sings most of the songs I like, but nonetheless music is an integral part of my life. I also love animals, all kinds. I have 2 horses, 3 dogs, 4 cats, and fish. We are professional failures at fostering so, I donate to those who can be successful at it. I have also been heavily involved in fundraising activities; Toys for Tots, Make a Wish, Perfect Fit K9's and most recently Tunnel to Towers Foundation. My goal is to create scholarships for music and the trades as well as be a consistent contributor to Tunnel to Towers, local animal shelters, and horse rescue organizations. I, WE love giving back!! 

I have been married for 27 years and have 2 amazing (grown) kids. But "Forever My Babies They'll Be". My husband is an Army Veteran and has been at UPS for 27 years; my son has a carpentry degree, 1/4 owner of Beedle's and is also a licensed real estate agent, and my daughter is 1/4 owner and the manager of the ice cream truck and is starting her real estate licensing classes.
