Josh Blatt co-founded John Henry Homes with his brother Jon and serves as its President. For over two decades John Henry Homes has been delivering exceptional semi-custom homes throughout Greater Cincinnati. Second generation builders Jon (JOHN) and H Joshua Blatt (HENRY) fare committed to offering quality homes, flexible designs and superior service. Today, John Henry Homes is the premier midsized builder in Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, ranked yearly as one of the largest Tri-State home builders by the Business Courier. With a family tradition that dates back over 50 years, John Henry Homes has earned a reputation for standing behind its product.
John Henry Homes has received many awards for its innovative designs and merchandising, including the coveted President's Award from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Cincinnati.
In 2006 John Henry Homes was selected by ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to build a house in just 96 hours for a family in need; one of only 40 builders in the country to be selected by this popular show. The team at John Henry Homes overcame the worst weather conditions in the shows history and delivered the Hassel family their dream home ahead of schedule.
Josh Blatt grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. Josh graduated from the Syracuse University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, followed by a Law Degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Josh is very involved in the homebuilding industry and the Home Builder's Association of Greater Cincinnati. Josh has served in many leadership roles, including serving as its President in 2010.
