Nicole Hoffman

Nicole is a licensed real estate salesperson working out of the Coldwell Banker Rye, NY office. Nicole will combine a dedicated and results-oriented approach to serve as an expert adviser to real estate buyers and sellers. Her experience includes residential sales and renovations. With strong knowledge of the local area she will take the time to educate buyers and sellers on the process and the market. She will apply a modern approach to listing homes, including using staged listings and high-end photography so that buyers can imagine themselves living in the homes.

A lifelong resident of Westchester, Nicole grew up in Larchmont, NY and Rye, NY. After attending Tulane University, she began her career in Architecture and later went on to work in Human Resources.

Since returning to Rye in 2010, she has pursued a lifelong passion in real estate. She enjoys hot-yoga and walks in Westchester’s beautiful parks.

Nicole is well versed in the areas highly respected schools, neighborhoods, recreation, sports and activities.
