In 1992 through 1995 – in So. California, I successfully sold Real Estate
In 1996 I started Managing Real Estate Offices and teaching other people how to serve and develop clientele – how to build a business beneficial to your clients and to you and your family. I have managed and build offices in California, Colorado, Nevada, and New York, most of the time keeping the Coldwell Banker Brand, as this is a Company that takes care of their clients – in Marketing and delivering the Service, as well as taking care of their agents.
In 2019 – I decided to focus on my numerous clients exclusively and help them very successfully achieve their investment goals – taking advantage of the exploding market, building their wealth through Real Estate, paying for their kids college with it, and also doing 1031 Exchanges!

New York has always been home for me – My children and grandchildren are here, so it was a natural progression to come back home, and I’m looking forward to, Very Successfully, helping all the wonderful and savvy New Yorkers with their Real Estates Dreams, Wants & Plans!
