Noreen is the Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area region, overseeing 14 offices in the North Bay and East Bay areas. A nearly 30-year real estate veteran, Noreen was previously President of Frank Howard Allen Realtors, overseeing 21 offices in the North Bay. During her tenure, she helped guide the 100-year-old brokerage to become one of the largest and most respected local real estate companies in the Bay Area.
Prior to be named President of Frank Howard Allen, Noreen was the Chief Financial Officer for the company for 17 years. She has an extensive background in business and management, with a bachelor's degree in business administration and an Master's degree in strategic leadership from Dominican University of California. Noreen was with Frank Howard Allen for 27 years prior to being acquired by NRT in October 2013.
