Bryan Goncalves

Currently live in Union, New Jersey. My previous work experience includes being a laborer/crew leader for an HVAC/electric company for about 6 years during the summer time. During the school years I worked for a restaurant and received my education from Montclair State University. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Justice studies with the intention of becoming a firefighter in the near future. I presently volunteer at Ironbound soccer club in Newark where I coach two teams.

I enjoy helping first time homebuyers find their first home. I am very familiar with two-family homes and good with negotiating. Finding investment properties is something I really enjoy doing. Proficient in downsizing, relocation, buying or selling of a home.

I serve mostly in Union County of New Jersey but I am more than happy to help anyone in the state of New Jersey. I am most knowledgeable of the following towns in Union County: Union, Westfield, Cranford, Roselle Park, Roselle, Hillside and Kenilworth.

I offer a clear line of communication, my phone is always on and I will answer any question that is presented to me. There are many marketing tools that Coldwell Banker provides and are proven to be extremely effective. Negotiation is a strong trait of mine and I am an expert in the city of Union.
