Catherine "Cathy" Denis

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Cathy Denis knows what it takes to get the best deal for her clients, more importantly she knows how to close the deal successfully. Having moved over 25 times before the age of 30, Cathy has experienced the moving process first hand, more times than many. She currently resides in New Milford where she has been a resident for the last 35 years. Her familiarity with the local market is a major asset. During her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, watching college football, and helping out at her daughter’s flower shop.
