Anne Frey Parsons, a native of SW Minneapolis, is a results-oriented professional with an extensive background in project management and a demonstrated ability in meeting and exceeding the expectations of her clients.

With a positive and engaging style as her trademark, she has the ability to quickly uncover and understand your real estate needs, goals and objectives and effectively balance them with current market offerings.

In addition to serving the real estate needs of her buyers and sellers, she lives out her passion for home renovations. Anne is actively engaged in purchasing and renovating homes to sell in Southwest Minneapolis (Diamond Lake, Minnehaha, Kingfield) and surrounding neighborhoods as well as inner-ring suburbs (St. Louis Park, Edina, Minnetonka). Finding that perfect complement between restoration and renovation, she adds value to neighborhoods and offers charming, updated homes for today's young buyers as well as boomers looking to right size.

Anne's Philosophy: One size does not fit all! Each buyer or seller is unique and comes to the table with their own set of expectations and experiences. My job is to understand their point of reference and guide them through the process, laying out what to expect along the way; messaging and managing to those expectations.
