In accordance with the easement and a Forest Stewardship Plan written by a MD DNR Forester, there was a timber harvest in 2020 and as of now the owners have chosen natural regeneration as the method of reforestation. In 2020, the home on the property was destroyed by fire and the owners decided not to rebuild. The remnants of the home have been partially cleaned up, however the septic system has some required repairs for a new residence. The connection to the drain field needs repaired due to being damaged during the fire, but the well is still functioning. An additional perc may be found if the new owner wanted to be off the road some. There has been a 2-acre lot proposed with an approved mound septic system. It has not been surveyed.
