♦ I enjoy working with clients and am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge in order to offer solid skills and resources to be effective for my clients, whether they are experienced buyers and sellers or first time buyers.

♦ I am familiar with many communities in the surrounding area, including but not limited to: Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Malden, Medford, Somerville, Woburn and Winchester.

♦ Prior experience operating my own online business has provided valuable skills in sales and service, which I happily apply to working with my real estate clients.

Personal:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, which helps me guide my clients through the financial aspects of the transaction.

Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese.

Community Service: Worked as a translator at the Morville House community for the 2017 Primary and General Elections.

Interests:

◊ I have one younger sister and my extended family lives in China.
