Michael Shadd

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, and having lived in many of the surrounding towns throughout the years, I’ve gained vast knowledge of the different towns in Central Mass. I have formed a love for the great history, local businesses, farms, restaurants, parks, and excellent education system MA has to offer.

My passion for real estate began with my families decision to design, general contract, and ultimately build our dream home. Understanding the process from conception of a “dream”, to purchasing the land, through the entirety of construction, I remember the challenges that were faced along the way. And I can understand, firsthand, the frustration that many home buyers and builders face today. This is why I’m dedicated to helping navigate not only the loan and construction process, but to focus on my clients wants and needs to achieve the best desirable outcome. I will strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is enjoyable, easy, and stress-free. I will work hard behind the scenes so that you can have the best possible result in every transaction. Looking out for the client’s best interest, ease of the process, and attention to detail all while providing devout attention to clients is my top priority.

With prior work in the restaurant business, and as a state employee, I understand the importance of communication, dedication, flexibility, transparency, and trustworthiness. Along with my experience as a live musician, I have gained the skills needed for marketing and exposure.
