Tammy Domenosky

Tammy Domenosky is a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. She is a member of the Gary Grossman Group which is located in Long Grove, Illinois. Tammy works with home buyers, sellers, renters and investors in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and surrounding areas.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Tammy owned a business in the racehorse industry as a racehorse trainer. Her goal as a broker is the same as it was when she trained racehorses. Tammy wants her clients to come out on top.

When working with home buyers, Tammy considers the transaction a win when she is able to navigate her clients through the entire process. Her negotiation skills are invaluable, especially when a property has multiple offers.

She creates customized marketing plans that may include print advertising social media posts and ads, television spots, direct mail, property websites and emails to area agents and prospective buyers.

A resident of Schaumburg, Tammy Domenosky enjoys educating sellers and buyers on current market trends and keeping them updated as the market changes. When not working, her hobbies include horseback riding, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
