Alvida Baukus

Alvida Baukus has been a full time Realtor since 1987, offering 35 years of residential real estate expertise.  She is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker office in Lagrange, Il which is conveniently located within her service area.

Coming from a STEM education, Alvida's philosophy is that a successful real estate transaction is just the result of solving an equation. She reassures her clients that they will become "experts" in their quest as she guides them with her wisdom and knowledge through the respective processes. Alvida has extensive experience helping her clients whether relocating, selling estates, court ordered sales or making moves for whatever reason.  She finfds joy in compassionately offering the support and special guidance first-time homebuyers often need.

Alvida is a proud member of the National Association, Illinois Realtors and Mainstreet Association of Realtor's (MORe) Global Council. She also serves on the Professional Standards Committee of MORE. Currently, she holds the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation since 2005 along with the Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Alvida has been recognized as one of Chicago Magazine's Five Star Real Estate Agents consecutively since 2011.

Alvida is fluent in Lithuanian and is involved member of the Lithuanian American Community here in Chicagoland. She, along with her husband, enjoy dancing with the "Grandis" Lithuanian folk dance ensemble. Alvida is a volunteer with the Lithuanian American Scout Association and participates in fund raising activities and mentoring their youth members.. She loves to travel and enjoys Pilates and Yoga.
