Sam joined Coldwell banker as a real estate broker in 2010 after eight successful years as a loan originator for American Mortgage and Flagstar Bank. His prior experience helps him today, as he supports buyers and sellers at every step – from the pre-approval to the closing and beyond.
When Sam decided to make a career change, he was in search of a new challenge. As someone who loves working with people, he truly enjoys building strong relationships with his clients. He approaches each transaction working alongside his client, acting as a consultant and offering guidance. Sam wants his clients to understand everything about the process.
Because of his background as a loan originator, help buyers understand what they can afford from a financial standpoint. Sam can also talk about the HUD and RESPA, helping at all levels and offering honesty about lending.
