In addition to this online marketing, Gwendolyn markets your home through open houses, customized brochures, and sends a virtual tour to her wide network of Realtors. She will email you homes to preview for your convenience and once you find the perfect match she will effectively negotiate on your behalf and see you through to closing. Background and Community Involvement
Gwendolyn holds a Masters of Arts in Education from Roosevelt University and taught elementary school for many years. She has been a long-time home owner in Calumet Heights and is a member of SCHHA (Southeast Calumet Heights Homeowner Association). Gwendolyn enjoys being active in the community and is a past member of Mary Bartelame Homes for Girls Mentoring Program, a current volunteer at Edens Place Nature Center, and a frequent supporter of walks for charity organizations. In her free time, Gwendolyn loves spending time with her Mom, Daughter and Granddaughter, gardening, fishing, traveling, and attending outdoor music festivals.
