Joanna Vaisman

I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Me and my family moved to Florida in November, 2014.  I started working in Real Estate in May, 2020 in order to expand our income and scope of work.  My husband runs an AC Company.

I went to college in Venezuela and studied Business Administration and worked at a Bank for a few months and helped my dad in his business for a little bit too, then I got kids and was a stay at home mom.  When we moved to the US we started with a Dry Cleaners, and then we sold it an bought the AC Company. I speak Spanish, English and Hebrew.

I like talking to people and spending quality time with family and friends.  I am loyal and hard working and like to make cy clients happy while in the process of buying or selling their homes.

My first costumers were family members in buying their first apartment here in Hollywood, Fl. And helped my husband on leasing a commercial property.

The best way that I found to spend my free time and weekends is at the beach, at a park, going to the movies or hanging with my husband and kids.

I like a lot working with pre constructions, and with buyers that are interested in the areas between Hollywood and Aventura.

I love chocolate in most of its forms and the Starbucks refreshers.
