Eleni Martin

Hi! My name is Eleni Martin, full-time Residential and Commercial Real Estate Consultant. I am a Sarasota native of Greek and Scottish heritage. In 2018 I graduated from State College of Florida and pursued real estate shortly after. Expertise of the city, joined with identifying growth potential in any market contributed a kickstart in my career investing, renovating, renting, and helping others do the same.

My father moved to Sarasota in 1976 to explore the waterfront beach town lifestyle of Siesta Key. Investing in real estate gave him freedom and flexibility that inspired me to follow in his footsteps. After losing him in 2023, it motivated me to inspire more people to live life to the fullest and invest in generational wealth, like he taught me. I had an affinity for finding good value with a tight budget, which led me to think more people could utilize my skills.

When I'm not showing houses, I'm most likely reading the Bible, volunteering, swimming at the beach, cooking, sailing, farming, walking, writing, riding my bike, playing music, or hanging out with my family and senior calico cat “Ivy”. I have a passion for growing my own food, cooking things from scratch, and living a sustainable lifestyle (which owning property empowers one to do). One of my favorite ways to give back to the community is feeding the homeless and lending a listening ear to share hope and support. A dream of mine is to create communities for those experiencing housing insecurity needing a second chance.

I specialize in the Downtown Sarasota region, however, I have done business all over Florida. Inclusivity is important to me and no property is too big, small, or far for my guidance.
