Susan Kelly

Susan Kelly has been selling real estate pretty much her whole life. She was licensed in Georgia in 1984 and began her real estate career at the Coldwell Banker Financial Network center in the brand new Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth, Ga. .  This turned out to be a wonderful opportunity because all of the store employees lived inside the perimeter and were looking to move to the suburbs to be closer to work. After a banner first year, thanks to many of the Sears employees, Susan decided to resign from her beloved music teaching job and to pursue Real Estate full time. The rest is history! Susan has received many prestigious production awards and was also awarded the NAMAR Phoenix award for 30 consecutive years in the million dollar club. 

Susan was born and raised in Panama City and never stopped missing her "happy place" at the beach. So in 2020 she made the decision to move back to the beach. She now lives in her "dream condo" right on Grand Lagoon and her pontoon boat is just steps away. She loves to torture her friends and family in the ATL on Facebook with all of her sunset and water photos! She also has a gorgeous Tennessee Walker named Rocketman and an exquisite mule named Miss Molly that she boards in Southport and loves to ride as often as possible. She also line dances with Heart and Sole  and plays with BUMS (beach ukelele music society ) and the two groups perform locally at Nursing homes as well as other venues. 

Susan is the proud mom of Alex Gooding, who lives in Atlanta with his beautiful wife Barbara and their sweet Westie dog named Winston. The Goodings recently purchased a condo , with their favorite Realtor of course, at the Dunes of Panama. They are extremely pleased with their investment and visit often.........which makes Momma very happy! 

Susan truly loves Real Estate and feels very blessed to continue to have  such a wonderful career. She prides herself on giving excellent service and always going the extra mile.
