Walter Henigman

Walter Marcelo Henigman is a licensed Real Estate Professional in the state of Florida (United States) and an Architect registered in The Bureau Architectenregister, The Hague, Netherlands; Akademisk Arkitektforening, Copenhagen, Denmark; and elected Chartered Architect by The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), London, United Kingdom.

Walter received his Architecture Professional Degree, from Louisiana Tech University and Project Management post-graduate at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

His formal education provides special interest in finding the right property for his clients. 

His emphasis is in modern sustainable Architecture, although the basis of his design philosophy is the implementation of formality concepts (public or social, private and service areas) from classical architecture design.

To create distinctive environments and atmospheres within a structure according to function. 
To be aware of the everyday users and the importance and impact of the psychological factors and analysis as part of the design process.

The primary approach in architectural design is to provide a independent circulation concept as a fundamental element for areas to conserve their identity, function and privacy; and for inhabitants to reach spaces (accordingly to their characteristics and uses) independently from other spaces. Separation of spaces by function.

Equally important is to allow natural light in, wherever possible, as is the interaction of in/out spaces.
