Sandra Moreau

Hello, I’m Sandra Lianie Moreau, and I bring a wealth of life experience and enthusiasm to the world of real estate. Originally from Haiti, I am fluent in Haitian Creole and French. Growing up as the youngest of nine siblings in Miami, family has always been at the heart of my journey. Today, I reside in Greenacres with my three wonderful children: Curtis, Brianna, and Geneya, and I cherish every moment as a grandmother to Khaleesi.

While my professional path began in education, where I currently serve as the School Principal of Pioneer Park Elementary in Belle Glade, Florida, I ventured into real estate in 2018. The joy of transforming lives through real estate is what drew me in.

Educationally, I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education from Florida International University, and a Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Working closely with buyers is my favorite aspect of real estate. I find fulfillment in guiding them through the journey of finding their dream home, matching not just their requirements but their aspirations.

Outside of work, I thrive on attending sporting events and exploring new destinations—I’ve been fortunate to visit places like Dubai, France, and Italy. Living in South Florida, I cherish the rich tapestry of cultures that enrich our community. Additionally, I’m passionate about writing and plan to publish a children’s book soon.

With a supportive relationship and a partner who serves the community and, I am deeply rooted in both family values and community service. I am excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my clients through real estate.
