Laura has been a resident in Florida since 1972 , so she has knowledge of the area. Laura has successfully conducted difficult transactions involving  Foreclosure, Short Sale, Probate, and other complex situations. Being fluent in English and Spanish gives Laura the ability to help international clients and market listings to a global audience.
