The unit has a large storage unit in the mudroom area as well for all of your outdoor equipment and bikes etc. I think if you come see this property you will fall in love not only with the million dollar view but the location and the community. Don't pass up your shot at this amazing piece of real estate in one of the most beautiful zip codes in all of America. Community had minimal wind damage from trees and a few broken pieces of furniture at the pool. Great location for future living on this island.
