Larry Perine

Greetings, welcome to The Emerald Coast/Gulf Coast! Here is a little bit about me: I was born and raised in the Alabama portion of the Gulf Coast, where I enjoyed many days on all of our beautiful Emerald Coast/Gulf Coast beaches. Prior to Real Estate, for 10 years, I worked in Law Enforcement in Indiana and here in Florida as well. The reasons why I came to live in this area was wanting to be closer to my family, and vacationing here with my wife and children. We decided to moved here in 2014 from Yorktown, Indiana, when my father became seriously ill, so my wife chose the beautiful Emerald Coast.

I am going on 12 years of marriage this year, and we have four amazing children together. Our current home is in Navarre, Florida and we attend and serve at Momentum Church in Gulf Breeze. I stay involved in the NYSA athletic programs where I coach football, basketball, and my kids play. As far as my free time, we attend any games, go boating, ride atv's & go horseback riding. You will see why working with me is an enjoyable experience, while achieving OUR goals at heart. My goal is to grow close to all of my clients that ultimately become part of my family. I love educational classes to stay informed on the Real Estate industry. Being former Law Enforcement, my motto will remain "Protect & Serve" as I protect your dreams and serve your real estate needs.
