Tim Powers

After more-than 26 years as a South Florida residential real estate sales professional, Tim Powers joined Tim Singer and Associates in 2016. A native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Tim is a graduate of Ohio University’s prestigious E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. Upon graduation, he moved to New York City where he enjoyed a successful career in marketing, communications and public relations for some of the nation’s leading PR firms and national non-profit organizations. Tired of the corporate world, he later moved to South Florida where he became a top-producing Realtor of luxury and waterfront property in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale market.
