Madelaine Leiva

Madelaine Leiva was born and raised in Colombia S.A and moved to the U.S in the 90’s.

She decided to migrate to America in search of the "American Dream".  She worked in the banking industry with determination and great pride in Rhode Island until 2007 when she moved with her son to Florida.  

Madelaine is a proud single mom to her 24-year-old son and her passion to help people had motivated her to become a Realtor, helping families to find the "dream home". 

She is known as a strong problem solver and an energetic and active woman. She is patient, genuine, and committed to her clients. Madelaine is bilingual, she speaks English and Spanish.
When she is not holding an open house or searching for the perfect property for a client, she is doing an outside activity, exercising at the gym, running at the beach, or volunteering her time at her church helping other single moms.
