Personal Background

Elaine Guedes is a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, born in Bridgeport and proudly calling Shelton, Connecticut home since 2000, where she lives with her husband Joe and their two daughters. Having raised her children within Connecticut’s school systems, Elaine takes great pride in the accomplished young women they’ve become—one a graduate of Hofstra University, and the other a graduate student at Southern Connecticut State University.

As buyers, Elaine and Joe also purchased a small deli in Bridgeport, which they successfully managed until selling it in 2014. Having hands-on experience in both residential and commercial real estate has given them a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with property ownership.

With over 25 years of experience in retail management and as a small business owner, Elaine brings a strong customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to helping others. She understands how overwhelming the buying and selling process can be and is dedicated to guiding her clients with care, professionalism, and local expertise.
