I am one of those specialists, having 19 years of Real Estate experience. I worked as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for over 10 years, valuing RE for banks and credit unions to ensure that the prices their clients paid were fair market values. I have personally determined market values on over 1,500 existing homes, new construction, active 55+ properties, condominiums and multi-family properties in the greater Hartford market. I've added to that knowledge as a licensed RE agent for the past nine years, helping buyers and sellers achieve their RE goals using my extensive experience and resource referrals.

My Finance degree, from The University of Connecticut, made Real Estate a good fit for my skill set. In fact, I took Real Estate while at UCONN and gained a solid business base from which I've built on.  This knowledge adds value to my client's RE transactions.  Whether it's dealing with building construction, mortgage lending, zoning, assessment or legal issues, I ensure that all bases are covered.
