Claudia Fox rejoined Coldwell Banker Realty after having sold homes and managed hundreds of agents for over thirty-five years. She returned to selling because she likes working directly with buyers and sellers. From $150,000 to $4,000,000, Claudia gives the same time and attention to detail. She also really enjoys decorating homes, so much so, that she produced a Cable TV Access show in Newtown, Ct. highlighting homes in the area that were renovated. She shares tips and decorating ideas. Previously, Claudia was a Sales Development Leader for Weichert Realtors Corporate Headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey. She designed and led training programs for managers and agents. “The key to any success, in life,” Claudia taught, “is good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused. She practices what she preaches.

VOLUNTEER

In the past, Fox has volunteered to coach high school and college students. Her volunteer work focused on under-privileged teenagers with the goal of helping them create passionate career paths. She also enrolled 1,700 youth to become Lemonade Day entrepreneurs, bringing the program from Houston, Texas, to New York City’s Metropolitan area. The kids learned to spend a little, share a little and save a little. She promoted Lemonade Day on Fox Friends, ABC and CBS (Goggle: Claudia Fox/Lemonade Day/CBS).
