Joanne has lived in Waterford, Connecticut since 1999. She is a Realtor® and has held a real estate license in CT since 2008. Her designations are:

Joanne grew up being aware of real estate her whole life. Her father was a building contractor and a landlord, and Joanne has been a landlady for 33 years. So, she has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market for many a year. She brings a wealth of lifelong personal knowledge to her home sellers and buyers.

Joanne was born and raised on the East End of Long Island, NY, long before it became a wine tasting destination. She has also lived and worked on Guam for two years, from where she traveled to Singapore, Bali and Hong Kong, and became a PADI Certified Scuba Diver. She has lived and worked in Sandy, Utah, for three and a half years, thirty minutes from the greatest snow skiing in the world. She has also traveled extensively throughout the US, and even abroad to Europe.

Before Joanne became a landlady and real estate agent, she worked for 11 years as an Orthodontic Dental Technician at the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Children’s Dentistry, where she was a Faculty and Student Teaching Assistant. This is where she truly enjoyed taking care of dental patients and teaching, training and working with dental students.
