I am a native of Fort Collins, but moved away as an adult to live in a variety of cities across the U.S. I have purchased over a dozen properties over the years – houses, condos, as well as investment properties. I understand the complexities that can occur in new construction, short sales, and foreclosures.

I have successfully used my background in Human Resources, to help determine the best strategy in buying or selling a home. I can determine the appropriate price, and terms, and know how to ask for what you need and want.
