Kirsten Johansson

Hello, I’m Kirsten Johansson, I was raised in the New Hampshire Seacoast area, and moved to Northern Colorado in 2019. Coming from the smaller towns of New England, I was instantly intrigued by the wide open spaces of Colorado as well as the beautiful mountains always in view. Having started in Loveland, I was surprised to find my true love for the state in Fort Collins; its mix of quaint neighborhoods, quick access to horsetooth reservoir, and of course, the ever busy Old Town Fort Collins.

As your realtor, I not only want to help you and your family find the perfect property, but aid through the nuance & complexity of the home buying and selling process. Helping through the stress, anxiousness, excitement and perhaps even tentativeness that goes into such a big life decision- I want you to know that you are leaving your home and chapter of your life in a way that feels comfortable and confident in whatever the next chapter will bring.  I want to help find all the desired features of a house but help visualize a life – your life – there.
