Katherine Gandy is a Northern California native and has lived in the Contra Costa County area for the past twenty years.  She enjoys focusing her community knowledge on the real estate market.

Katherine holds two undergraduate degrees from UC Santa Barbara as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California and has extensive sales, marketing, and customer service experience in both the corporate and non-profit worlds.  She spent three years living in London with her family and understands the impact of a big relocation and everything else that goes along with it. Katherine also has experience as an owner of a local residential rental property and can share her learnings with her clients.

As a member of Coldwell Banker, Katherine upholds the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding customer service in everything she does.  She uses the latest marketing tools to showcase properties to the widest possible range of qualified buyers and works diligently to ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.

In her free time, Katherine enjoys hiking the local trails and spending time with her family and friends. Katherine lives in Martinez with her husband and her 17 year-old twins who attend Carondelet and De La Salle high schools.
