You can find him working with his wife at local SoCal farmers markets with their business Kalen And Rose or at open houses. Now turned licensed real estate associate with Coldwell Banker, Adam is recognized as a client-focused leader within his competitive industries.  

Adam Conrad is originally from Massachusetts, learning to have a strong work ethic at a young age he worked with his father's Tree Service and logging company. Adam learned valuable skills to keep customers happy when working on their property as well as managing a small crew. After Attending Holyoke Community College for electronic media he learned an essential tool for marketing in today's era, when it comes to promoting a home for a potential buyer or seller it is crucial to have the right video and photos to market. After college Adam moved to Arizona to pursue D2D sales and traveled around the United States, honing the skills of negotiation and sales.

Before starting his own business Adam was a project manager and sales trainer for a reputable construction company in San Diego learning everything from top to bottom on how a home is built and properly maintained. Which is extremely valuable when looking for a new home or a possible investment property. This gave Adam extensive knowledge of San Diego's locations and market knowledge.
