Niki Nichols

Nicole’s real estate career began in 2004, shortly after moving to Sacramento from the Bay Area. She chose this path because she loved the ability to help others find a place to call home, and growing up, she was surrounded by real estate professionals who she admired for their involvement in the community.

With over 20 years of experience, Nicole has been able to help buyers, sellers and investors alike. Understanding the different needs of each client is one of her strengths, and she loves to be a continued resource long after they sign the bottom line.

With her long-standing in the Sacramento area, Nicole has built a network of professionals, from contractors to financial advisors, which her clients have found additionally beneficial. Most recently she earned her California Real Estate Broker's license (2024) and is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Niki ( as she is affectionately known, or NikNak ) lives with her husband Joe, in a lovely home in the Med Center neighborhood.
They adore walks with their dogs, Rocco & Bosco, and enjoy road trips along the California coast.
She loves to support her local shops, restaurants, and many local non-profits and is always ready to share the latest happenings in town.
