I am a Luxury Property Specialist with the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program, which allows me to offer clients a distinct advantage. I use professional photography to create a series of assets, including brochures, virtual tours, social media ads, postcards and e-Blasts. I then distribute the materials through multiple layers of digital and print marketing, targeted to reach the high-end consumer.
For buyers, I make sure my clients’ priorities are number one. I consider local amenities, schools and recreation and curate searches to pinpoint a home that embodies a buyer’s ideal lifestyle. I can also connect buyers to mortgage, title and insurance providers. Plus, I network with other Coldwell Banker Realty agents to access off-market properties and provide high-quality service. When it’s time to negotiate, I am a tenacious advocate for my clients.
When I’m is not assisting others with their home needs, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jennifer, and two daughters, Aria and Ella. I’m also an avid cyclist and runner.
