Joan Roberts works for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Palos Verdes Estates and has been a real estate agent for the last twenty years. She has focused her career on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the South Bay, representing everything from large estates to smaller town homes and condominiums. Prior to entering real estate, Joan held customer service positions with TWA and American Airlines, where she learned important people skills --assets vital to the real estate industry.

Her home for the last 35 years has been in the South Bay, owning homes in both Hermosa and Redondo Beach. She has seen the beach cities change from small seaside towns with beach bungalows to active, upscale areas with multi-million dollar homes. Even with these dramatic changes, she feels there is a home in Palos Verdes and South Bay for everyone.

Joan is active in the community and is a Certified Inventory Specialist. She is also certified in Short Sales, Foreclosures and is a Palos Verdes Specialist. Consumer Protection and Relocation are some other of Joan's specialties. She is also a member of the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.

Her goal is to help every client find a residence where they feel content and truly at home. She handles communities from El Segundo to San Pedro and all of the Beach Cities in-between. Joan loves working with people and is persistent and tenacious with transactions. Joan is also a classified as a Certified Negotiator, Palos Verdes and Relocation specialist. Joan is actively involved in the community and has helped with donations for the 1736 Family Crisis Center and also participates in the yearly Palos Verdes Home Tour.
