Mike has over 25 years of selling, buying, and building homes in the Southern California market including the Coachella Valley. Mike specializes in Rancho Mirage Real Estate as a member of the very successful and well known Steve and Geri Downs Real Estate Team., "The Rancho Mirage Experts".

Mike brings to Coldwell Banker a vast amout of sales experience... over 30 years of selling for companies such as Hewlett-Packard which involved multi-million dollar transactions across the Globe to Fortune 500 companies. What made him successful in the corporate world carries over to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, and so he is best known for his expertise in negotiations, strong communication skills, a great listener, tenacious follow-up, and quick response to his clients needs.

As a former part-time resident of the the Coachella Valley (Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs) for over 15 years, he and his wife Barbara and their wonderful Labordoodle Kami now live in Rancho Mirage full-time and are quite involved in the community. Mike has many hobbies, but most dear to his heart is his passion for collecting "60's Muscle Cars" like GTO's and Corvette's. He is also avid golfer and enjoys many of the courses the Coachella Valley has to offer, especially those in Rancho Mirage.

Mike understands the intricacies of the real estate market and has the proven ability to handle all the details of the transaction.
