At my core, I am a Sales Professional with 35 years of professional sales training and experience. This includes 15 years of sales and
customer service skills with healthcare companies like Kaiser Permanente, more than ten years of corporate media sales and negotiating experience and execution of campaigns with marquee advertisers like Bank of America, Southwest Airlines, Chrysler and Tecate and more than five years as a Corporate Representative Marriott’s Marriott Reward and Westin’s Starwood Preferred Loyalty Programs.

My essential business philosophy as a Sales Professional is you “NEVER” get rich off your first dollar/sale. It is the highest level of customer service that gives you the referral’s to build and scale a business. There’s a NAR stat that says 80% of people say they’d use their previous realtor on a second transaction yet only 10% do! I want to capitalize on this…. Provide excellent customer service and execution, then, remain top of mind for 5 to 10 years via drip and constant contact campaigns.

Unmatched negotiation skills - I negotiated benefits for labor and trust employer groups that affected 15,000 to 45,000 union members. In this business, the importance of customer service cannot be overstated! The executive board of these unions trusted me to deliver the highest level of service to “their” members. Every year, my performance was reviewed! Their membership was renewed as a result of the customer service my team provided. I always delivered on my promises… and when we couldn’t, my clients knew immediately! Their trust in me, was earned based on honesty and integrity. 

Over 35 years of unmatched advertising and marketing experience. This includes, expertise in Television, Radio and digital media.

I have 12 years of real estate analysis and investment experience in my own company investing my own money. In a company I created and founded, I built top performing sales and service teams in Florida, Texas, Arizona and California. We owned this business so our money was always on the line. These preferred vendors included realtors, contractors, handymen, cleaning crews etc., We did this for 12 years to build our company’s private real estate portfolio valued at over $20 million. The importance of vetting and selecting vendors when they’re thousands of miles away and you’re entrusting them with your investment dollars cannot be over-emphasized; nor can it be at a local level. The trust people put into their Real Estate Consultant is immeasurable and I understand that completely.
