I have lived in the Morgan Hill/Gilroy area for 20 years. This has afforded me many opportunities to know and understand the area to best serve my clients.  I also have a familiarity with the greater Rocklin/Roseville areas of California.  This, combined with my strong work ethic, makes me a great choice to represent you.  Below I have listed a few important things I feel you should factor in when choosing an agent.
