Suzette Kitselman

Suzette has been in the Real Estate industry all her life. Besides helping people grow and protect their wealth with the utmost of discretion, she has also been an investor herself. She's patched a roof in a rainstorm, designed kitchens, laid granite flooring, landscaped gardens herself, and supervised construction crews on her own properties, from motels to apartment buildings to shopping centers. Her first job in Real Estate was processing home loans in the 1970's, and then she began selling Real Estate, before becoming a California Certified Appraiser. In the 80's, The Kitselman Company grew to be the largest Appraisal company in the San Francisco Bay Area, and was on the Top 5 Approved Appraisers List of every major Bank. Providing Expert Witness Testimony in court on Real Estate matters, Suzette was also a Government Contractor with the Office of Thrift Supervision, while personally Investing in and restoring Historic Victorians in San Francisco. After 11 years, she sold her Appraisal company to her employees, and became a Mortgage Broker in the 90's, to learn the financing side of the industry. She was a Top Producer at InterBay Financial for several years, and then was able to retire from sales with her own investment properties. Returning to Southern California in 2000, Suzette founded Independent Investments, LLC, for acquisition of properties nationwide. She purchased and developed four shopping centers in four different states, and then when the Great Recession hit (which wasn't so great), people stopped shopping, remember? Her shop-owner Tenants were going out of business and losing their homes, and the shopping centers went the same way. So, Suzette started over again and went back into Real Estate Sales in 2010. She now serves greater LA with the Stealth of Coldwell Banker, where she has a team of great professionals to handle the many facets of Real Estate Marketing, Graphic Design, Transaction Management, Client Special Services, Financing, PR, and Legal. Her Client Special Services/Celebrity Staffing division helps arrange Domestic Staffing including Majordomo, Chef, Housekeeping, Personal Assistant, Personal Security, and Private Jet Broker.
